Do I need a complete specification?
No. Bring the problem, who experiences it, and whatever you already have. The first conversation helps establish what needs defining. Detailed discovery can be a separate, fixed-fee engagement.
Can you work with an existing prototype?
Yes. We assess it before committing to a build. The recommendation may be to keep what works, replace specific parts, or narrow the release. The scope follows the findings.
How much will my project cost?
You receive a fixed-price proposal after the scope and major dependencies are understood. If an assessment is needed first, it has its own price and deliverables. There are no open-ended hourly engagements.
Do you build AI features and integrations?
Yes, when they fit the product. For AI features, we agree how quality will be evaluated using representative examples, alongside cost controls and fallback behavior.
What happens after launch?
You receive the project code and agreed operating documentation. The proposal defines the defect-support period; ongoing maintenance and additional features are scoped separately. Existing third-party tools retain their own licenses.
